Science

We intend that all students, no matter their background, study an ambitious science curriculum to ensure they have the knowledge to understand the world around them. 

We ensure that every student: 

• builds a strong knowledge and understanding of scientific phenomena and builds their scientific literacy to be able to fully participate in society from a position of knowledge 

• is inspired to pursue further study in the sciences and considers careers in STEM. 

• understands how our scientific knowledge has developed over time and how scientists of different disciplines work together to find solutions to global problems.
