Year 6 Transition

Welcome to the CCC Community!

We are delighted that you have chosen Cullompton Community College for the next step of your child’s education. Once you have received confirmation that your child has a place at CCC we will be in touch with details of our Transition schedule, to ensure that your child has the best possible start to their journey with us.

Our staff will get to know your child by speaking with them and their Year 6 teacher at their Primary School. If your child has a Special Educational Need or Disability we understand that they may need a little more support to transfer to secondary school. Our SEND Team work closely with the Year 6 Teachers and the Primary School SENDCos to help facilitate a smooth transition.
